The Waterblast Hose, is a flexible hose specially designed for high-pressure water jet systems. It is mainly used for transporting high-pressure water or high-pressure water mixtures containing abrasives and plays a core conveying role in industrial cleaning, rust removal, cutting and other scenarios. Its special structure and material enable it to work stably in extreme pressure environments, making it an indispensable key component for high-pressure water operations.
The inner tubes are mostly made of high-pressure resistant synthetic rubber or polyurethane, which have excellent wear resistance and water resistance.
The reinforcing layer is the core guarantee of its pressure resistance performance and is usually made of multiple layers of high-strength steel wire braiding or winding.
The outer coating is generally made of synthetic rubber that is wear-resistant and weather-resistant, with some additions of anti-ultraviolet and anti-ozone components.
Ultra-high pressure resistance: Depending on the model, the working pressure ranges from tens to thousands of bars, which can meet the needs of all scenarios from ordinary cleaning to ultra-high pressure cutting.
Outstanding wear resistance: The inner tube material can resist the continuous erosion of high-pressure water flow and abrasives (such as quartz sand), while the outer coating layer is resistant to ground friction and equipment impact. When transporting abrasive media, its service life far exceeds that of ordinary rubber hoses.
