RED STEAM HOSE 1W is a high-performance hose suitable for harsh steam transmission conditions. It is mainly used for steam transportation in industrial scenarios and is widely applied due to its characteristics of temperature and pressure resistance, durability and reliability.
Inner tube: Made of black and smooth ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, it is heat-resistant and has a stable molecular structure. It can efficiently transport steam. The smooth surface can also reduce the resistance of steam flow and lower energy loss.
Reinforcing layer: A layer of specially treated high-strength braided steel wire with strong tensile strength, which can evenly disperse the high-pressure impact of steam, prevent the pipe body from expanding and cracking, and enhance the reliability in high-pressure environments.
Outer coating: Red EPDM synthetic rubber, with a striking and easily identifiable appearance. It features wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and resistance to harsh weather and ozone erosion, effectively protecting the internal structure and extending the hose's lifespan.
