UHMWPE hose (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene hose) is an industrial conveying hose material with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (with a molecular weight typically ranging from 1.5 million to 3 million) as the core material. It is often combined with synthetic fibers, spiral steel wires and other reinforcing layers to form a composite structure of "inner pipe - reinforcing layer - outer covering layer". It combines the lightweight nature of plastic with the strength close to that of metal.
Ultra-high wear resistance: The wear rate is much lower than that of steel hoses and rubber hoses, making it suitable for transporting highly abrasive materials such as slurry and fly ash.
Strong corrosion resistance: It can withstand most acidic and alkaline media (such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid) without rusting, making it suitable for chemical application scenarios.
Low friction and easy conveying: The inner hose has an extremely low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1), which can reduce material clogging and conveying energy consumption.
