SAE R14 PTFE hose is a special conveying hose that complies with SAE 100R14 standard. The inner tube is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the core, suitable for the transportation of corrosive, high-temperature or high-purity media, and is widely used in the precision industry field.
PTFE inner tube: Smooth surface, low resistance to medium flow, anti-residue clogging, strong chemical inertness, resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, etc.
Reinforcing layer: 304 or 316 stainless steel wire braided, some high-pressure models are double-layer braided, working pressure 10-30 mpa, small bending radius, suitable for narrow Spaces.
Outer protective layer: stainless steel wire woven mesh (anti-electromagnetic interference, anti-collision) or weather-resistant synthetic rubber (anti-ultraviolet, ozone).
Ultra-wide temperature range: Stable operation from -60℃ to 260℃, resistant to deep cold and high temperatures.
High cleanliness: Complies with FDA and USP standards, does not release impurities, and is suitable for scenarios with high purity requirements.
Low permeability: Prevents the leakage of volatile media, ensuring safety.
Aging resistance: Its lifespan is 5 to 10 times that of ordinary rubber hoses, reducing maintenance costs.
