The Waterblast Hose is a special flexible hose designed specifically for high-pressure water jet systems. Its core function is to safely and efficiently transport high-pressure water or high-pressure water mixtures containing abrasives. It is an indispensable key component in high-pressure water operation technology.
Ultra-high pressure resistance: The working pressure coverage is extremely wide, ranging from tens of bar for conventional cleaning to thousands of bar for ultra-high pressure cutting (such as 3000-4000 bar), and the burst pressure is usually more than three times the working pressure, ensuring operation safety.
Outstanding wear resistance: The inner tube can withstand long-term erosion by abrasive media, and the outer coating layer can still maintain a good condition in scenarios such as ground dragging and equipment friction, with a service life far exceeding that of ordinary rubber hoses.
Flexible operability: While ensuring high-voltage endurance, it still has a certain bending radius (usually 6 to 10 times the inner diameter), which can adapt to complex working environments, such as equipment gap cleaning and tunnel operations.
Environmental adaptability: It can operate stably within the temperature range of -20 ℃ to 80℃, resist ultraviolet rays and ozone aging, and is suitable for long-term outdoor use.
Industrial cleaning: Oil stains and scale removal from petrochemical equipment (reactors, heat exchangers), power boiler pipelines, ship decks, etc. Deep cleaning can be achieved without disassembly.
Surface treatment: Rust removal of metal components and peeling of old paint (such as Bridges and storage tanks). Compared with sandblasting, it is more environmentally friendly, without dust pollution and does not damage the substrate.
High-pressure cutting: As the conveying pipe of the ultra-high-pressure water cutting system, it is used for high-precision cutting of materials such as metal, stone, and glass, with no risk of thermal deformation.
Mining operations: cleaning of mining equipment, removal of impurities from ore surfaces, underground tunnel cleaning, and unblocking of slurry pipelines, etc.
Municipal engineering: sewer unblocking, road marking removal, building exterior wall cleaning, etc.
The selection needs to match parameters such as working pressure, medium type (whether it contains abrasives), and temperature range. Before use, check the sealing of the joint and the wear of the hose to avoid overpressure, excessive bending or dragging sharp objects. Regular pressure tests and aging inspections should be conducted to ensure safe operation.
