PVC Fiber Hose, also commonly known as fiber-reinforced PVC Hose (fiber Reinforced PVC Hose) or Plastic hose (Plastic Hose), is a flexible pipe mainly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with fiber-reinforced layers added inside or outside. With its features such as lightness, durability and low cost, it has been widely applied in many fields.
Inner tube: Made of PVC material, with a smooth inner surface.
Reinforcing layer: It is usually woven from high-strength polyester fibers or cotton fibers, and some products adopt a spiral wound fiber structure.
Outer coating: Also made of PVC material, the outer surface is generally smooth. Some products are designed with textures such as stripes or ripples.
Lightweight and flexible: The PVC material itself is relatively light in weight. Coupled with the reasonable design of the fiber reinforcement layer, the overall weight of the PVC fiber hose is relatively light, making it easy to handle and install.
Good corrosion resistance: PVC material has excellent chemical stability and can withstand the erosion of various chemical substances, such as common acids, alkalis, and salt solutions.
Less prone to scaling: Due to the smooth surface of the PVC inner pipe, the medium is less likely to deposit dirt inside the pipe during transportation, reducing the occurrence of scaling.
