PVC steel wire hose, fully known as polyvinyl chloride steel wire reinforced hose, is a flexible pipe with a spiral steel wire skeleton embedded in the PVC pipe body. This unique structure combines the flexibility of PVC material with the high strength of steel wire, enabling it to be widely applied in numerous fields.
Inner hose: Made of PVC material, with a smooth and flat pipe wall.
Steel wire reinforcing layer: High-strength galvanized steel wire is wound tightly in a spiral manner around the outside of the inner pipe.
The outer hose is also made of PVC material and works in coordination with the inner pipe material to further enhance the overall strength and flexibility of the pipe body.
Excellent pressure resistance and negative pressure resistance: Thanks to the reinforcing effect of the steel wire reinforcement layer, PVC steel wire hoses can withstand relatively high working pressures, with common working pressures reaching 0.4MPa or even higher. Some special specification products can meet more stringent high-pressure requirements.
Good flexibility and bending performance: PVC material itself has a certain degree of flexibility. Combined with the spiral winding design of steel wire, the hose can be freely bent within a certain range.
Strong corrosion resistance: PVC material is inert to most chemical substances and can withstand the erosion of water, rainwater, common acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and various organic solvents.
In the industrial field: In factory production, it is used to convey various types of industrial water, cooling circulating water, compressed air, industrial oils (such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil), and some chemical raw materials with weak corrosiveness, etc.
Mining and construction: In mining operations, it can be used for transporting pulp, tailings, underground drainage, etc.
