Waterblast hose, also known as high-pressure waterblast hose, is a flexible hose specially designed for high-pressure water jet systems. It is mainly used for transporting high-pressure water or high-pressure water mixtures containing abrasives and is a core component for achieving high-pressure cleaning, rust removal, cutting and other operations.
Good flexibility: Despite the need to withstand high pressure, its structural design still ensures a certain degree of bending capacity, enabling it to adapt to complex working environments.
Weather resistance and stability: It can operate stably within a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 80℃, with excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays and ozone aging, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use. Meanwhile, it has good compatibility with water-based media and is not prone to aging due to hydrolysis.
The high-pressure waterblast hose can wash away the accumulated dust and slag on the walls and floors of the tunnel through high-pressure water flow, unblock the drainage channels, and improve the underground working environment.
The high-pressure water conveyed by the high-pressure waterblast hose can peel off the attachments on the surface of the ore, exposing the true appearance of the ore, which is convenient for subsequent separation processes such as magnetic separation and flotation.
Hoses used in the mining industry for transporting pulp, water or compressed air are prone to clogging due to slag deposition and scaling after long-term use. High-pressure waterblast hoses can extend into the interior of hoses and use high-pressure water flow to impact blockages, achieving efficient unblocking.
