PVC LAYFLAT HOSE, also known as PVC flat hose, PVC flat pipe or rollable PVC hose, is a flexible pipe made mainly of polyvinyl chloride that can be flattened and rolled. When there is no pressure, it is flat for easy storage and transportation. When pressurized to convey media, it expands into a circle.
Good anti-aging and weather resistance: High-quality PVC flat hoses are added with additives such as UV inhibitors and antioxidants, enabling them to resist direct sunlight and wind and rain erosion when used outdoors and slow down the aging process.
It can be flattened and rolled up for convenient storage: When not in use or under no pressure, PVC flat hoses can naturally flatten and tightly roll into a disc shape. With a small roll diameter and light weight, it greatly saves storage space.
Agricultural irrigation: It is a commonly used device in the agricultural field, which can be connected to a water pump to draw irrigation water from the water source. By quickly laying it out in the field, the water is transported to the area where crops are grown.
In the mining industry, it is suitable for low-pressure water transmission underground or on the surface, such as providing cooling water for mining equipment or draining a small amount of accumulated water in the mine pit. The reinforced layer model can withstand certain environmental pressure in the mine site.
NOTE:
When using PVC flat hoses, the appropriate model should be selected based on the conveyed pressure, medium type and ambient temperature to avoid overpressure use or contact with strongly corrosive media, so as to extend the service life. At the same time, when storing, avoid direct sunlight and scratches from sharp objects to ensure stable performance for the next use.
