The Water Suction Hose is a flexible pipeline specially designed for the "negative pressure water suction" scenario. Its core function is to draw clear water, sewage or liquids containing a small amount of impurities from water sources such as water pools, Wells and water tanks. It is widely used in water pumping operations in fields such as agriculture, municipal affairs and industry. With the characteristics of negative pressure resistance and wear resistance, it is suitable for various complex water intake environments.
Inner rubber layer: Mostly made of water-resistant synthetic rubber (such as nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) or PVC material, with a smooth surface to reduce water flow resistance. Some contain anti-adhesion formulas to prevent impurities from adhering. In food-grade scenarios (such as drinking water extraction), FDA-certified materials will be used to ensure the purity of the liquid.
Reinforcing layer: Commonly, it is made of multi-layer polyester fiber weaving, spiral steel wire winding or cotton thread weaving. Its core function is to resist negative pressure (prevent the pipe body from being flattened). Among them, the steel wire reinforced type has a stronger ability to resist negative pressure (can withstand negative pressure from -0.9 bar to -1 bar), and is suitable for deep water Wells and long-distance water suction scenarios.
Outer rubber layer: Wear-resistant and weather-resistant rubber or PVC, with some added anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging components. It can be used in outdoor exposure to direct sunlight and humid environments to prevent cracking or aging of the outer layer.
In the agricultural field: It can be used in conjunction with centrifugal pumps to draw irrigation water from rivers and reservoirs for watering farmlands and orchards. The steel wire reinforced model can be adapted to draw water from deep Wells (10-20 meters deep).
