Plaster Placement Hose, is also often called Plaster Grouting Hose or Plaster Spraying Hose. It is a flexible pipe specifically designed for transporting gypsum slurry, gypsum mortar and other paste-like or semi-fluid gypsum materials, playing a significant role in gypsum construction in fields such as construction, decoration and medical care.
Inner tube: Mostly made of wear-resistant rubber or polyurethane material, with a smooth inner surface and certain elasticity.
Reinforcing layer: It is usually woven from high-strength synthetic fibers, and some models add spiral steel wire for reinforcement.
Outer coating: Generally, it is made of synthetic rubber material with strong wear resistance and weather resistance, and the color is mostly black or gray.
Good flexibility: The hose as a whole has excellent flexibility and can be easily bent into various angles, making it convenient to operate in complex environments such as narrow Spaces and high-altitude work
Moderate pressure resistance: In response to the pressure requirements for gypsum slurry transportation, gypsum conveying hoses have moderate pressure resistance, typically with a working pressure ranging from 0.5 to 3MPa.
Filling of mine rooms and goaf areas
For some small mining rooms or local goaf areas, if traditional filling materials are costly or difficult to construct, gypsum slurry can be used for filling treatment.
The equipment foundation is fixed to the track
In mines, large equipment such as crushers and conveyors require stable foundations. Gypsum slurry can be used for filling the gaps in some equipment foundations or fixing the tracks to the ground
Underground pipeline and cable protection
When laying pipes or cables underground, to prevent them from being damaged by falling rocks or slag, it is often necessary to wrap them with gypsum slurry to form a protective layer.
