SAE R9AT HOSE

The SAE R9AT hose is a high-pressure hydraulic hose that complies with the standards of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) in the United States. It is specially designed for hydraulic systems under harsh working conditions. With its unique structure and performance, it plays an important role in industries, engineering and other fields.


Structure


  • Inner tube: Made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber (such as nitrile rubber), it has strong compatibility with hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and other media. It can effectively resist medium penetration and chemical erosion, avoiding problems such as swelling and aging due to long-term contact, and ensuring the pure transportation of the medium.

  • Reinforcing layer: It is made by spirally winding multiple layers of high-strength steel wire. The winding directions of adjacent steel wire layers are opposite, forming a stable structural support.

  • Outer coating: Synthetic rubber with strong wear resistance, ozone resistance and weather resistance is selected. Some models are added with flame-retardant components to adapt to special environments.


Advantage


  • High-pressure tolerance and pulse resistance: The working pressure can reach a relatively high level (usually suitable for medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems), and the burst pressure is more than four times the working pressure. It can withstand frequent pressure fluctuations and pulse impacts, and is suitable for scenarios with drastic dynamic pressure changes in hydraulic systems, such as the cylinder drive circuit of construction machinery.

  • Wide temperature adaptability: The applicable temperature range is generally from -40 ℃ to 100℃. It can operate stably in cold winters or high-temperature workshops and other environments. It maintains flexibility at low temperatures and does not soften or deform at high temperatures, ensuring the smooth transportation of hydraulic media under different temperature conditions.

  • Balance of flexibility and durability: With a reasonable bending radius, it can be flexibly arranged in narrow Spaces to meet the installation requirements of complex pipelines. Meanwhile, the wear-resistant property of the outer coating layer and the structural strength of the reinforcing layer enable it to resist external force damage such as sand and gravel friction and mechanical collision, thereby extending its service life.


Application

  • Construction machinery: In the hydraulic systems of equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, and rollers, it is used to connect hydraulic pumps with actuating elements (such as working device cylinders and steering cylinders), convey high-pressure hydraulic oil, and support actions such as shoveling, pushing, and compaction of the equipment, adapting to harsh construction site environments and high-intensity operations.

  • Industrial equipment: Suitable for small hydraulic presses, machine tool hydraulic systems, etc., it provides stable hydraulic power for actions such as stamping and cutting. Its anti-pulse performance can meet the high-frequency operation requirements of the equipment, ensuring processing accuracy and efficiency.

  • Agricultural machinery: It plays a role in the hydraulic suspension system of tractors and the hydraulic drive device of harvesters, delivering high-pressure oil to control the lifting and lowering of farm tools and the operation of components. Its weather resistance enables it to adapt to the wind and sun exposure in the open-air environment of farmlands.
