SAE100 R17 hydraulic hose is a kind of steel wire braided hydraulic hose commonly used in high-pressure hydraulic systems.
The inner tube is made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, such as nitrile rubber, which can resist the erosion of petroleum-based hydraulic oil and other media. The reinforcing layer is made of high-strength steel wire braiding. For pipe diameters ranging from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch, it is a single layer of steel wire braiding; for pipe diameters ranging from 5/8 inch to 1 inch, it is two layers of steel wire braiding, capable of withstanding high pressure. The outer coating is made of synthetic rubber that is oil-resistant, wear-resistant, weather-resistant and ozone-resistant. It is available in either a wrapped surface or a smooth surface
The working pressure can reach 21MPa (3000psi), and the working pressure is the same for all size specifications. The burst pressure is usually more than four times the working pressure. It has a small bending radius, good flexibility and is convenient for installation in compact Spaces. The applicable temperature range is from -40 ℃ to 100℃, and some can withstand a high temperature of 120℃.
It is applicable to high-pressure oil circuits of construction machinery, such as excavators, loaders, etc. Hydraulic systems of industrial equipment, such as injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, etc. It is also used in hydraulic suspension and steering systems of agricultural machinery, and can be used to replace SAE100 R1 and other applications that require higher pressure and softer hoses.
