Description

The compact double-layer wire braided hydraulic hose consists of three main layers: the inner rubber layer, the double-layer steel wire braided layer, and the outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer is usually made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, which can effectively prevent fluid penetration and corrosion.

The two-layer steel wire braided layer provides the main reinforcement of the hose, ensuring that it has good pressure resistance under a high-pressure environment. The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber to protect the hose from damage from the external environment.

Application

This hose has a high working pressure and burst pressure and can withstand large hydraulic shocks. Its operating temperature range is -40ºC to +100ºC, and it is suitable for a variety of hydraulic fluids, such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, etc. In addition, the compact design allows the hose to have a small bending radius, which is convenient for use in space-constrained environments. Its wear resistance is also excellent, suitable for long-term use under harsh working conditions.
