The Plaster Placement Rubber Hose is a special rubber hose designed specifically for transporting gypsum slurry (a high-viscosity mixture containing gypsum powder, water and additives), which mainly solves the transmission problems of gypsum slurry such as "high viscosity, easy deposition and strong wear". It is widely used in fields such as building decoration, gypsum product production, and medical gypsum fixation.
Inner rubber layer: Mostly high-wear-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR) or chloroprene rubber (CR), with some added silicon carbide/nano-ceramic particles. The surface is smooth (friction coefficient 0.08-0.12), anti-sedimentation and anti-wear, with a service life of 1-2 years (1.5-2 times that of ordinary rubber hoses).
Reinforcing layer: 1-2 layers of polyester fiber woven for low-pressure scenarios with a pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa. Spiral steel wire is wound for medium pressure of 0.5-1.0MPa or suction scenarios (resistant to negative pressure of -0.5 to -0.8 bar) to prevent the pipe body from expanding or flattening.
Outer rubber layer: Blended with natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), with a Shore hardness of 75-85A, and containing anti-ultraviolet/anti-aging components, it is resistant to sand and gravel friction and outdoor environmental erosion.
In the field of architectural decoration: It is the core conveying tool for gypsum leveling of walls and ceilings as well as gypsum ceiling construction.
In the field of gypsum products production: It is used in the production process of gypsum boards, gypsum lines, gypsum molds and other products to convey gypsum slurry into the forming molds.
In the field of industrial insulation and fire protection: During the construction of gypsum-based insulation layers for industrial equipment (such as insulation of pipelines and storage tanks) or the spraying of fireproof coatings (gypsum-based fireproof paints), this hose can transport gypsum insulation slurry or fireproof paint slurry, meeting the construction requirements of complex curved surfaces of the equipment, ensuring uniform thickness of the insulation/fireproof layer, and enhancing the insulation or fireproof effect.
