Jack Hammer Hose is a high-pressure pneumatic hose specially designed for pneumatic crushing equipment such as pneumatic hammers and rock drills. Its core function is to transmit compressed air to drive the operation of pneumatic hammers. It needs to withstand high-frequency vibration, high-pressure impact and harsh working conditions, and is widely used in scenarios such as mining, construction crushing and road construction. It is a key supporting component of pneumatic crushing equipment.
Inner rubber layer: Mostly oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), resistant to compressed air impact and slight oil stains. The smooth inner wall reduces air flow resistance and ensures stable power transmission. Some high-end models use hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) to enhance heat resistance and aging resistance.
Reinforcing layer: 2-4 layers of high-strength steel wire braided or wound, with outstanding high-pressure resistance - the working pressure can reach 10-16 mpa (100-160bar), and the burst pressure is more than four times the working pressure. At the same time, it buffers the high-frequency vibration of the pneumatic hammer (1500-3000 times per minute), preventing the pipe body from fatigue rupture.
Outer rubber layer: Wear-resistant chloroprene rubber (CR) or ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), Shore hardness 75-85A, resistant to sand and gravel friction, UV and weather, can be dragged and used in rough environments such as mines and construction sites, and has certain flame retardancy (some meet MSHA certification).
Mining: Connect air compressors with mine pneumatic hammers, used for ore crushing and tunnel excavation. Flame-retardant model (MSHA certified) meets the fire protection requirements of underground mines, and its vibration resistance ensures long-term continuous operation.
Building crushing: In building demolition, pneumatic hammers are driven to break concrete walls and floor slabs. The anti-wear outer rubber layer can be used in the environment of debris and crushed stones. High-pressure transmission ensures the crushing efficiency.
Road construction: When repairing the road surface, old asphalt and cement roads are crushed. The weather-resistant type can withstand outdoor sun exposure and rain, meeting the frequent movement needs of road construction.
Railway/tunnel engineering: In tunnel excavation, drive rock drills to drill holes and use pneumatic hammers to clear rock debris. High pressure and anti-vibration characteristics ensure stable energy supply in complex tunnel environments.
