JACK HAMMER HOSE, also known as pneumatic hammer hose, is a dedicated transmission pipeline specially designed for high-pressure pneumatic crushing equipment such as pneumatic hammers, rock drills, and pneumatic crushers. Its core function is to stably deliver the high-pressure compressed air generated by the air compressor to the interior of the equipment, driving the piston to perform high-frequency reciprocating motion to achieve the crushing operation.
Inner rubber layer: As the direct channel for the transmission of compressed air, the inner rubber layer needs to have both sealing performance, impact resistance and low frictional resistance.
Reinforcing layer: This is the core structure of the pneumatic pick hose that can withstand high pressure and buffer vibration. It is usually made by using 2-4 layers of high-strength steel wire braiding or spiral winding technology.
Outer rubber layer: For rough environments such as construction sites and mines, the outer rubber layer needs to have strong wear resistance, puncture resistance and weather resistance.
Ultra-high pressure resistance and safety redundancy: The working pressure covers 10-16 mpa and can be adapted to pneumatic crushing equipment of different powers.
Strong vibration resistance and fatigue resistance: Through the collaborative effect of multi-layer steel wire reinforced structure and elastic rubber layer, it can meet the long-term continuous operation requirements (8-12 hours per day) in scenarios such as mines and construction sites, with a service life of 1-2 years, which is 2-3 times that of ordinary hoses.
Wide temperature range and all-environment compatibility: The standard model has a temperature resistance range of -40 ℃ to + 120℃, which can handle outdoor construction in the northern winter with low temperatures (below -30℃) and underground mining operations in the summer with high temperatures (above +40℃), avoiding the cracking of the adhesive layer caused by low temperatures and the softening and deformation of the adhesive layer caused by high temperatures. The special high-temperature resistant type (HNBR inner rubber) can be extended to -40 ℃ to + 150℃, making it suitable for crushing operations in high-temperature environments such as steel mills and coking plants (such as high-temperature slag cleaning).
